ইবনে মাসূদ (রাঃ) বলেন, "আমি একদিন নাবী (সাঃ)- কে বললাম" শেষ সময় চেনার কোনও জ্ঞান আছে কি? তিনি (সাঃ) বললেন "হ্যা ইবনে মাসূদ!" এসম্পর্কিত বহু নিদর্শন রয়েছে তাদের মধ্যে একটি হল ১. বাচ্চারা ভীষণ বদমেজাজি হবে ২. বৃষ্টি হবে আম্লিক, অল্মবৃষ্টি ৩. তুমি দেখবে, খারাপ লোকেরা সব জায়গায় ছড়িয়ে পড়েছে! ৪. লোকেরা বিশ্বাসঘাতকদের বিশ্বাস করবে এবং বিশ্বস্ত ব্যক্তিদের বিশ্বাসঘাতক মনে করবে। ৫. সত্যবাদীদের মিথ্যাবাদী সাব্যস্ত করা হবে এবং মিথ্যাবাদীদের বলা হবে সত্যবাদী। ৬. থালাসমুহ ক্রমাগত যোগাযোগ করতে থাকবে যা স্যাটেলাইট যোগাযোগ বোঝাতে ব্যাবহার করা হয়। এবং মানুষেরা তখন পারিবারিক বন্ধন ছিন্ন করবে । ৭. ও ইবনে মাসূদ, তুমি আরো দেখবে মুনাফিকরা শাসন করবে এবং ৮. সর্বাপেক্ষা মন্দ লোকেরা বাজার নিয়ন্ত্রন করছে ৯. মসজিদসমুহ অলংকৃত করা হবে, কিন্তু হৃদয়সমূহ হবে কুৎসিত! ১০. বিশ্বাসীদের কুৎসিত ছাগলের চেয়েও বেশি অপদস্থ করা হবে! যেন তাঁরা কিছুই না! ১১. তুমি দেখবে পুরুষ ও স্ত্রী সমকামীতা প্রসার হবে ১২. এবং অল্পবয়স্ক লোকেরা প্রচুর সম্পদশালী হবে ১৩. নারীদের নীতিভ্রষ্ট করতে আন্দোলন করা হবে ১৪. তুমি দেখবে সভ্যতার ধ্বংস এবং পৃথিবীতে ধ্বংসাত্মক সভ্যতা ১৫. তখন বাদ্যযন্ত্র ব্যপক ভাবে ছড়িয়ে পরবে। ১৬. বাদ্যযন্ত্রগুলো তাদের মাথায় চড়ানো থাকবে ১৭. আইনশৃঙ্খলা রক্ষা বাহিনী অনেক দেখতে পাবে ১৮. এবং লোকেরা ঠাট্টা-তামাশা ও বিদ্রুপ করবে ১৯. তোমরা দেখবে বহু শিশু বিবাহ বন্ধন ছাড়াই জন্ম নিবে ২০. সেসময় ফিতনাগুলো মাদুরের আকৃতিতে প্রদর্শিত করা হবে এর দুটি সীমারেখা থাকবে (টেলিভিশন সেটএর কথা বলছে) ২১. ফিতনাগুলো তাদের সামনে মাদুর আকৃতিতে দেখানো হবে ২২. জাহান্নামে দুই ধরনের লোক আছে যাদের আমি এখনও দেখিনি। তুমি গরুর লেজের মত চাবুক হাতে কিছু লোকদের দেখবে তাঁরা এর দ্বারা অন্যদের প্রহার করবে। সে সময় নারীরা পোশাক পরেও উলঙ্গ থাকবে, তাঁরা কোমর দুলিয়ে হাঁটবে এবং অন্যদেরকে তাদের দিকে আকর্ষণ করবে ২৩. ঐ মেয়েদের চুল হবে "বখতের" লোমশ উটের মত। এই লোকগুলো জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করবে না। ২৪. আমার উম্মাহর কিছু অংশ মদপান করবে এবং মদকে অন্য নামে ডাকবে। ( আল মুয়াযযাম আল কিবার আত-তাবারানি হাদিস নং ১০৪১০ ) ....

My Dream: আজ দিবা স্বপ্ন দেখলাম আমি যেন নিম্ন মাধ্যমিক ক্লাসে পড়ছি। টিফিন পিরিয়ডে ক্লাসে ফিরতে দেরি হচ্ছিল।(টিফিন পিরিয়ডে স্কুলের পাশে মসজিদে জোহরের নামাজ পড়তাম। ) হাতে দুটি বই নিয়ে তাড়াতাড়ি ক্লাসে ফিরে দেখি টিচার পড়াতে পড়াতে টেবিলে মাথা রেখে আধা ঘুম । আমি সালাম দিয়ে প্রবেশ করলাম। (বাস্তবে এমনটি হলে বলতাম May I come in, sir?) এজাজ (class mate) সহ অনেকে বলে উঠল , আমার দেরি হয়েছে, টয়লেটে যাওয়ার কারনে বোধ হয়। আমি বললাম , আরে না। ( জোহরের নামাজের পর, বাংলাবাজারে) এই বইটা পেলাম ... (ইংলিশে লেখা Monetary Reformation) , এ ব্যাপারে আমার আগ্রহ আছে। ভবিষ্যতে অর্থনীতিতে MA , এমনকি Ph D ও করতে পারি ।[ পুরোনা বইটা পরিষ্কার কোরে/ ধুলো বালি ঝেড়ে আনতে আনতে দেরি হয়ে গেল।বাংলাবাজার থেকে বই কেনার অভ্যাস ছিল আগে থেকে-ই। ... স্বপ্নে আরো কিছু দেখলাম এখানে আর বললাম না। ]
